The Process

When you choose Whisky & Bloom for your dream wedding stationery. You are putting your faith in me to advise and design you a perfectly unique and quality final product to suit you and your wedding day.

I will take you through the process, which has been meticulously laid out to ensure you are aware of everything that is happening with your stationery and when.

From the very first step in your stationery journey, I will keep you informed throughout the process until your invitations arrive charmingly packaged for you to send on to your guests.

SHALL WE START AT THE BEGINNING?

Step One...

Let's have a chat - First thing to do on your stationery journey

is to fill out and enquiry form for either our bespoke or

semi-bespoke ranges.

We will then get in contact with a personalised and detailed quotation for you where you can add on, pick and choose all of the fabulous embellishments you want for your dream stationery as an initial guideline for all of your stationery. At the same time you will also receive payment details and a charge for a deposit if you wish to go ahead.

Step Two...

Once the proposal is all completed, it is up to you. A questionnaire will be sent to you to fill out in your own time, where you have the opportunity to tell me all of your wishes for your dream stationery. Or if you'd rather, we could have a video call to discuss everything so I can get a perfect idea of what you're looking for. This is also where you will gain access to our online client portal which contains all communication between us through your stationery journey.

Time to design! - This is personally my favourite part of the whole process and that is designing and making your amazing stationery. This will take up most of our time working together and once completed you will receive a proof of your stationery where you have the availability to check over the spelling and design details to see if any alterations are needed to make them extra perfect for you.

After the questionnaires have been completed and I have had the chance to read through and manifest in my head what your dream stationery is going to look like. You will receive a personal look book with inspiration images, colour schemes and even an initial black and white sketch of your stationery in its final form. This allows you to add or take away anything you want to before we move on to the design process.

Once you have approved your dream stationery proofs the next step is going into production! This stage is where all of your designs go to print.

Once printed and quality checked. All of the chosen embellishments will be added, whether wax seal or chiffon bow. This stage gives them their beautiful finishing touches before the get sent out to you or your guests depending on our contract and your requests.

This step is the most exciting for you as this is where your finished stationery is sent to you! Once everything is assembled you will receive images just to get your even more excited about them. I will then package them up and send them on our their way to you (or your guests, if requested at the beginning of this process).

Shipping is included in your services so no need to worry about anything, you can just sit back and relax until your stationery arrives.
