HOW DO WE BOOK OUR WEDDING STATIONERY?

Have you had a look through our look book of previous designs and want to book? Well, you can use our enquiry form to fill in everything you want from your wedding stationery plus fill in all of your details for me to be able to send out a personal quotation.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK FOR OUR
WEDDING STATIONERY?

In our opinion, it's never too early of you to book your wedding stationery!

If you love the work we do here and want to book us for your wedding stationery, then do so asap! Due to the nature of my work, availability runs out quickly as I only have certain availability each month for couples and these can book up far in advance.

​

Even if you have no idea of what you want yet you can still secure a booking at the cost of £100 so when it comes to getting started you have a booking and have had loads of time to think and plan what you want from your dream stationery

​

Please note if you are a bit late to the organising and would like to work with me please get in touch, I may be able to squeeze you in depending on my workload at that particular time!

 

*booking deposit is non refundable however is deductible from

your final bill.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SEND MY SAVE THE DATES/WEDDING INVITATIONS?

As a standard we recommend 12+ months for your save the dates and around 8 to 12 weeks in advance for your invitations.

That said, I am totally flexible and will work with you on your needs.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS WILL I NEED?

This always tends to cause a bit of confusion.

We recommend 1 invite per household as this is

the standard.

​

You will tend to find that a lot of your guests are couples and families with the odd singleton thrown in for good measure. Your total number of invites tends to range from just over half to around 2/3 of your total number of guests.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

For our Bespoke option, it is very much a how long is a piece of string situation, you will see from my process guide that I will show you a personal quote right at the start of our journey together.

 

As a general rule of thumb, I would say that your stationery should make up around 15-20% of your total wedding budget, depending on the level of detail and finishing you require.

Although, our Semi-Bespoke option you can see the price when you buy it you can fully customise what embellishments you want before you buy so you know exactly what you're getting and at what price. This is due to the design aspect of the stationery already being done as this is where the pricing changes for the Bespoke option.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

The turnaround for design and print is around 4-6 weeks. The start date of your project will be arranged at your consultation and I will get in touch when that date approaches to make sure you have everything you need ready before we start. This ensures a smooth and seamless process throughout.

It goes without saying that we will work together at this point and therefore I will require you to keep to some deadlines and respond with amendments when needed to keep to our schedule.

ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED WITH MY STATIONERY?

Envelope colour and size is all included in the cost. So no matter the colour you wish for, we can do it at no extra cost for you. This is the same for RSVP envelopes, we use a premium aged white envelope to start with every design, however, these can match or compliment your stationery, again at no extra cost to you.

*free envelopes are available in a range of standard sizes (5x7, A6, A7, Square etc. *uk sizing), if your design requires something unique there may be an additional fee for envelopes.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED, OR IS IT EXTRA?

All shipping costs from sending to you at the end of

the project or to each one of your guests (if requested

at a small extra cost), even to the stamps for the RSVP

correspondence envelopes.

All shipping costs are included at no extra cost to you.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS IF I WANT TO SPREAD THE COST?

Yes. If you want to spread the cost of your stationery over the course of your wedding planning, I can set up a 3 month payment plan to help out or depending on there circumstances, a Direct Debit to collect a set amount from your account each month. This is an easy and hassle-free way to pay for your stationery as I will collect the payment for you every month until it is paid in full.

 

Please note that at least 50% of the total balance needs to be settled before design will commence and the final bill will be settled before printing will begin.
